Rich Meier’s Landscaping, Inc. began operations as a full service commercial landscape contracting firm in December of 1991.  Specialties in landscaping include military housing projects, residential production housing, schools, parks and recreation and large scale commercial/landscape construction.  Based on the need for maintenance services required by this type of work, we also offer full service commercial maintenance. Rich Meier is the President/Estimator, at Rich Meier’s Landscaping, Inc. with 27 years of experience in all aspects of landscaping, maintenance, and irrigation installation. Rich Meier was Sole Proprietor to Rich Meier’s Landscaping for 9 years until the company incorporated February of 2000. Prior to starting Rich Meier’s Landscaping he was a field operations manager for a local commercial landscaping company. Rich has extensive knowledge in landscape and irrigation installation, landscape design, estimating, and maintenance. He maintains a “hands on” role in all aspects of the day-to-day operations for all divisions in the company.

AnnaMarie Meier is the Vice President/Office Manager; she opened Rich Meier’s Landscaping, Inc.’s doors alongside Rich Meier in 1991! She has attained 20 years of accounting experience and extensive knowledge in city, county and military certified payroll and insurance requirements. Anna overseas accounts receivables, in addition to handling all business transactions, statements, banking, payroll, and payables.

Richard Cambaliza is the Maintenance Superintendent and came to Rich Meier’s Landscaping, Inc. with extensive experience in public works and commercial maintenance. He supervises maintenance services for various Los Angeles County Parks & Recreation facilities and the City of Palmdale’s maintenance crew. He is proficient in irrigation, irrigation upgrades, task scheduling, plant installation, trimming, pruning and much more. Richard Cambaliza provides quality service, implemented under Rich Meier, in a competitive market.

Randy Cambaliza is the Commercial Maintenance Superintendent at Rich Meier’s Landscaping, Inc. He's attained extensive knowledge in commercial maintenance and has proficient comprehension in all aspects of commercial maintenance which include, but not limited to, irrigation, irrigation upgrades, task scheduling, plant installation, trimming and pruning. Randy’s operations consist of track homes, medium scale commercial maintenance facilities, and new construction.

Bonnie Hernandez is the Administrative Assistant & Accounts Receivable at Rich Meier’s Landscaping, Inc. and assists in preparing proposals, deals with all aspects of billing in all departments, and corresponds to all customer needs for each specified department. She also assists in filing county reports such as staffing plans, irrigation reports, and mowing schedules.
